Specialist courses for beginners and mums!

6 sessions over 6 weeks, focusing on safely reintroducing you to exercise whilst rehabilitating the pelvic floor and abdominal chain, stabilising joints and reversing the postural changes that often occur after birth
We recommend that mums returning to exercise consult with their medical specialist in advance
We welcome all mums and all babies who aren’t yet walking. If your little one is mobile, we recommend bringing a bouncy chair to keep them safe

4 sessions over 4 weeks (+ an additional gift class for use in our regular classes). Focusing on the Pilates Principles, terminology and familiarity with the reformer
