Easy! If you’re unsure which group class to book, here are some tips:

Our welcome offers are valid only for Essential classes. This is to ensure safety and a great client experience

All studios! Your membership or package is valid across all locations, meaning more flexibility & choice for you.
Please note that some services are only available in certain studios. Check our timetable for more info.

All group classes & private sessions are 50 mins

Workout gear you can move around easily in.
We’re a socks on studio! No shoes or bare feet whilst working out & we sell grippy socks.
We strongly recommend removing jewellery before the class starts. We do not accept liability for damage to personal belongings.

Please enable email notifications via our app to avoid missing important class and pre booking information!

We operate a strict 12 hour cancellation policy for all group & private sessions.
We do, however, allow for a class switch in the same morning or evening as your original booking if there is space.

Once you enroll in a course, you’ll receive confirmation by email if email notifications are enabled & your app will show 0 active classes. Everything’s in order! The classes have been allocated to the course & everything booked for you.

Absolutely! You can freeze your membership for up to a month during any contract term.
Membership freezes are subject to an administration fee.

Need to adjust your membership mid way? No problem! We want the services we offer to work together with your schedule.
Membership changes are subject to an administration fee.

Membership sessions should be used in the relevant month but don’t worry, if you need to extend them, you can!
Extensions are subject to an administration fee.

If your next membership payment hasn’t yet run but you’d like to make a booking, just email us & ask to run your payment early! This won’t affect the expiry date but will allow you to book ahead. We unfortunately don’t allow for unpaid advance bookings.

We love that you might want to bring a friend! Whilst we don’t allow bookings using someone else’s sessions or in another person’s name, you can gift a friend a discounted group class using our gift card option: ‘Bring a Friend! 1x Group Class’ (click here). Your friend will then be able to book via our app.

Unfortunately not. All services must be booked in advance.

Keyless access using our app gives you access to our locations where this is installed.
Please make sure to download our app in advance of attending & carefully follow the instructions provided at each studio.
Access is linked to your booking & activates 15 minutes before the scheduled start.

All small & large equipment across all studios is purchased brand new directly from leading global providers who meet all required safety standards.
At SPACE, our equipment is regularly safety checked according to guidelines issued by manufacturers.
Our team is certified to an international standard for the use of our equipment in addition to our internal safety procedures.

Please bring your own mat for hygiene reasons and place it on top of our studio mats.

'Welcome classes are valid for classes suitable for beginners. This is to ensure safety and a great client experience for all.
Add a Google review after your first group class or private training and receive a gift class on us as a thank you! Offer only valid for group classes.

All classes are taught in English but our team speak many languages & may be able to help you in another language if needed.

Where classes are full, join our waitlists - these move all the time so the chances are good!
Waitlist Policy - at own risk - if you’re added into class from a waitlist within 12 hours of the class start time, the standard cancellation policy applies to cancellations.
We advise to only join waitlists where you are free to attend the class, or to remove yourself from a waitlist before you’re added to the class if you’re unsure, especially if you’re waitlisted for more than one class on the same day.
You’ll be notified by email if you’ve been added to class. Please check notifications are enabled to allow for this.

Once you reach the happy 12 week milestone (& providing your doctor supports the continuation of exercise), our obligatory, one-time pregnancy private session provides all the modifications you need to continue with group classes.
You’re then welcome to attend our ESSENTIAL classes for as long as you & your healthcare provider consider it beneficial. In order to keep you & your little one safe, attendance at our other classes is not permitted from 12 weeks.
Due to medical recommendations, pregnant clients are not permitted to attend classes using infrared.

Please notify the instructor before the class starts. We’ll help you modify!
In some cases, we may require a private session before group classes. If you’re unsure, just email us in advance.

If you’re experienced, you can sneak in at any time providing there is no disruption to the class in progress.
If you’re inexperienced and therefore require introductory support from the teacher, our team reserve the right to refuse entry after the first 10 minutes of class. This is to ensure your safety and a great experience for other clients attending.
FAQs In-Studio Digital Reformer

Absolutely you can! However, if you have no experience or limited experience, it is mandatory to book a one-time ‘digital reformer intro’ with one of our team before your first session. This is with your safety in mind & helping you to feel comfortable sooner.

We allow only grippy socks to be used for digital services for safety reasons. Normal socks aren’t permitted.

The INFRAsauna room is yours for 60 minutes! The sauna takes c. 15 minutes to heat up & this may vary.
