Pilates for Pregnancy
Join all reformer & tower Level 1&2 group classes after a one time pregnancy private session. Exercises are adapted using industry standard recommendations.

All mums-to-be are welcome to attend all of our classes (with the exception of Pilates + HIIT) until 12 weeks pregnant, providing your doctor or healthcare provider support the continuation of exercise.

Once you reach the happy 12 week milestone (& providing your doctor supports the continuation of exercise), our 60 minute Pregnancy Private Session provides all the modifications you need to continue with group classes!
You’re then welcome to attend our Level 1 & 2 classes for as long as you & your healthcare provider consider it beneficial! In order to keep you & your little one safe, attendance at our other classes is not permitted from 12 weeks.
