Pilates during Pregnancy
Join all ESSENTIAL group classes after a one-time pregnancy private session. Exercises are adapted using industry standard recommendations.

All mums-to-be are welcome to attend all group classes until 12 weeks pregnant, with the exception of classes using infrared), providing your doctor or healthcare provider support the continuation of exercise.

Once you reach the happy 12 week milestone (& providing your doctor supports the continuation of exercise), our one-time Pregnancy Private Session provides all the modifications you need to continue with group classes!
You’re then welcome to attend our ESSENTIAL classes for as long as you & your healthcare provider consider it beneficial! In order to keep you & your little one safe, attendance at our other classes is not permitted from 12 weeks.
Due to medical recommendations, pregnant clients are not permitted to attend classes using infrared.
